1. Introduction to these Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Camel Creek, whether booked online, via a mobile device, by email, or telephone. By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms. These terms may be amended at any time at our discretion, and the latest version will apply to any future bookings.

2. Definitions

· Company: Camel Creek Ltd (in administration) (“Camel Creek Camping & Glamping”).

· Park: Refers to the entire premises, including the campsite, touring pitches, glamping units, and adventure park.

· Booking: The reservation confirmed by the Park upon receiving full or partial payment.

· You/Your: Refers to the person making the booking, and where applicable, all members of your party.

3. Who Your Agreement is With

Your agreement is with Camel Creek Ltd. References to “the Company,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Camel Creek Camping & Glamping, and references to “you” refer to the person making the booking, and all other members of your party.

4. These Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions form part of your booking agreement once full, or part payment is received. We cannot accept bookings from anyone under 18 years of age. By confirming your booking, you agree to these terms and conditions.

5. Alterations to Your Booking

Your booking details are non-transferable and non-changeable within 42 days of the holiday start date. If you wish to alter your booking more than 42 days in advance, we will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability. Any amendments made within 42 days of arrival will incur additional charges, and no refunds will be issued for any alterations.

6. Our Service to You

We strive to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Should you experience any issues during your stay, please contact the team immediately. After your stay, if any concerns remain, you can contact our customer service team at hello@camelcreek.co.uk All complaints must be submitted within 21 days of departure to be considered.

7. Cancellation by You

To cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible via email. Cancellation charges are as follows:

· More than 42 days before the start date – Loss of Deposit.

· Less than 42 days before the start date – 100% of total cost.

No refunds are given if you reduce your stay after check-in.

8. No-Shows

Failure to show up without prior notice will result in a 100% charge for your stay, and no refund will be issued.

9. Cancellation or Changes by Us

In exceptional circumstances, we may need to cancel or amend your booking. We will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the option to:

· Accept the changes.

· Receive a full refund.

· Accept an alternative holiday at the same price.

We do not offer compensation for cancellations due to Force Majeure or other reasons beyond our control.

10. Paying for Your Holiday

A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 56 days before your arrival. If the balance is not paid by the due date, your booking will be considered cancelled, and we may re-sell the accommodation.

11. Prices

All prices are inclusive of VAT and are guaranteed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to amend prices before booking, but we will notify you of any changes before you confirm your reservation.

12. Special Offers and Discounts

Special offers and discounts are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Offers cannot be combined with other discounts and must be applied at the time of booking. Offers cannot be applied retrospectively.

13. Arrival and Departure Times

Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific check-in and check-out times. If you are delayed, inform us promptly by phone. We will hold your accommodation for up to 24 hours from your scheduled arrival time, provided we have been notified of your delay. If you do not arrive or contact us within this time frame, your booking will be cancelled.

14. Maximum Stay

The maximum stay at our park is 28 nights. Longer stays may be considered on request but must be confirmed at the time of booking.

15. Standard of Behaviour

We expect all guests to behave in a manner that does not disrupt other guests or staff. Noise, offensive behaviour, or damage to property will not be tolerated, and you may be asked to leave without a refund. We also reserve the right to refuse entry or cancel bookings if we believe that guests may not comply with these expectations.

16. Violent and Sex Offenders

We do not accept bookings from individuals listed on the Violent and Sex Offenders Register or anyone subject to a Sexual Risk Order or similar legal restriction. Any such bookings will be cancelled in accordance with our standard cancellation policy.

17. Number of Your Party

The total number in your party, including children, must not exceed the capacity of the accommodation booked. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any members of your party who exceed this limit. If your party includes individuals aged between 17 and 25, please inform us at the time of booking.

18. Guests with Specific Needs

If any member of your party has specific needs, please notify us at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate these needs, but cannot guarantee availability of suitable accommodation.

19. Allergies

If any member of your party has allergies to animals, we recommend that you do not book accommodation that allows pets. While we do our best to accommodate guests with allergies, we cannot guarantee that animals have not previously stayed in pet-friendly accommodations.

20. Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all accommodations. A minimum cleaning fee of £[Amount] will be charged for smoking inside accommodation. Designated smoking areas are provided throughout the park.

21. BBQs and Fires

BBQs: Guests are welcome to bring and use their own BBQs for outdoor cooking. Please ensure that BBQs are used responsibly and are fully extinguished after use. For safety reasons, BBQs must be placed on flat, non-combustible surfaces and must not be left unattended while in use.

Open Fires: Open fires, including fire pits, bonfires, or similar, are strictly prohibited anywhere on the park, including within accommodation units or on pitches. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.

Please adhere to the park’s fire safety regulations and report any concerns to the reception team immediately.

22. Pets

Pets are allowed in certain accommodations, with a maximum of two dogs per booking. Certain dog breeds may be restricted. Pets must be kept on a lead and under control at all times. Guests must clean up after their pets. Pets are not allowed in the adventure park or in any indoor public areas.

23. Special Requests

We will endeavour to accommodate any special requests, such as extra bedding or specific location preferences, but cannot guarantee their fulfilment. Special requests are not part of the contract and do not form conditions of your booking.

24. Use of Your Holiday Accommodation

You are responsible for the accommodation during your stay and must leave it in a clean and tidy state. All rubbish should be disposed of in the designated bins. We reserve the right to charge for any damage or additional cleaning required.

25. Availability of Facilities

Some facilities may be unavailable or restricted during peak times or for maintenance. For safety reasons, access to certain areas, including the adventure park, may be limited outside of designated hours. Specific facility availability is outlined in your welcome pack.

26. Vehicles

All vehicles are brought onto the park at the owner’s risk. The Park is not responsible for any damage or loss. Please adhere to speed limits and park only in designated areas. Charging electric vehicles is prohibited at accommodation units, and penalties will apply for non-compliance.

27. Marketing Accuracy

Whilst every effort is made to ensure that the details and images on our website are accurate, they are for illustration purposes only and may differ from actual accommodation and facilities.

28. Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your information will be used to improve our services and provide you with relevant marketing. For more details, refer to our privacy policy.

29. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

30. Severance

If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these terms will remain in full force.

31. Variation

Any changes to these terms must be made in writing and signed by an authorised representative of Camel Creek Ltd

32. Disclaimer

The Company’s liability is limited to the total cost of your booking, except where provided otherwise under applicable law.
